Dwaraka served as Associate Director of R&D at Astrazeneca India in his previous role and comes with more than 32 years in scientific domain. Accomplished, versatile director with a progressive, stellar career history of achievement leading complex infrastructure, risk management, and transformative initiatives within high profile corporations.
Rithvik comes with more than 7 years of experience in R & D. Expertise in Molecular dynamics (enzymes and TM channels), Homology modeling, Protein-protein Docking, Algorithm implementation and testing (programming), Molecular phylogeny (protein sequence), Structure-function relationships, Genomics (assembly, alignment, SNPs).
Sindrila holds more than 6 years of experience. She worked in Prof. Amalendu Chandra's group at IIT Kanpur, followed by Denmark Technical University. During her research career she has studied various biological process using static quantum chemical method, classical molecular dynamics simulation and QM/MM simulation.
Dr. Suvamay Jana has worked as a guest researcher at Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), Uppsala, Sweden. He has expertise in biomass degrading enzymes and carbohydrate-enzyme interactions and has worked with interdisciplinary teams. He also has experience in development of algorithms for polymer modelling.
Dr. Abhijit Kayal has worked for his port-doctoral research as a Research Associate at Forschungszentrum Jülich, Germany. His focus has been on the complex role of water molecules in interfaces from a theoretical chemistry perspective. For this purpose he has used and is familiar with ab-initio Born-Oppenheimer and Carr-Parrinello simulations as well as commonly used molecular dynamics simulation methods.
Suryanarayana has done his PhD in Bioinformatics, Chennai. His focus has been on the Theoretical and Experimental studies on Histone acetyltransferases as Epigenetic Target for Cancer Therapy, expertise in docking and molecular dynamics
